What we can help with

Sizing, materials, how a piece washes, what fits inside what, and whether we make something in another color. Those are ours and we can answer properly.

What we cannot help with

Anything about an order: where the parcel is, when it will arrive, what was charged, or sending something back. None of that passes through us, and writing here about it only adds a day. Take it straight to the retail partner that handled the order, through the account you placed it with.

The desk

That is where our desk is, not a shop. No shelves to walk along, no counter, nowhere to sit a baby down while you look. Please don’t send a parcel there either — anything going back travels through the retail partner that handled the order. Letters reach us fine.
