Getting it to your door

Delivery is handled entirely by the retail partner whose page the buy buttons open. Nothing on this site takes payment or sends a parcel.

How it works

Choosing a piece here and pressing the button takes you to the retail partner’s listing for it. Everything after that point is theirs: the cost, the timing, the tracking and the messages about it.

That means we cannot quote you a delivery cost or a date, and any site in our position that does is guessing. What the partner shows at checkout is the real answer.

Where to look for a parcel

In the order history of the account you used at the retail partner. Tracking appears there as soon as the parcel moves, and it updates faster than anyone could relay it.

What we are good for

The thing itself. If you want to know whether a caddy will survive being carried by the handle every day, ask us. If you want to know where the van is, ask them.
